Terms and Conditions

Submission-Spider.com agrees to pay member $50.00 per referral, with referral being defined as anyone besides member who purchases a copy of the Submission-Spider from any member's unique referral URL at the regularly listed software price.

Members may use the Submission-Spider to Promote their Referral URL.

Members may purchase their own copy of the Submission-Spider, but will not receive a referral payment from Submission-Spider.com for said personal copy.

Members will be paid on the 14th of each month.

We reserve the right to cancel member status at any time effective immediately upon sending an electronic message to the email address that you have provided.

Any attempt to undermine this referral program will ensure the immediate cancellation of member and the withholding of any payments that may be due to member. Cancellation and withholding of payments will be determined solely by Submission-Spider.com and at their absolute discretion.

This contract shall be automatically renewed for successive periods and may be canceled immediately by either party at any time by notification in writing via email. Furthermore, we reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the referral member to keep updated on those changes.

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Submission-Spider.com harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from this referral membership.

Referral payment will only be paid on full price orders. No referral payment will be made in conjunction with any running sale, or special discount offer.

ALL MEMBERS MUST COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HERE. Submission-Spider.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD PAYMENT FROM ANY MEMBER THAT VIOLATES ANY OF THESE TERMS.
