These are the terms and conditions set forth for all refunds of the Submission Spider software. All refunds must be requested within 1 year of initial purchase. Customers must have a valid receipt and a valid Reference Number. Customer must present, via postal mail, a signed copy of valid receipt. Customer must also send a signed and dated photocopy of the front and back of the credit card used for the purchase of the software. We must have this photocopy for our records to validate the identity of the customer, and to protect customers from Internet Fraud and Identity theft. (If customer paid by check or other means besides credit card, a copy of their signed and dated receipt is all that is required to be sent).

In an attempt to curtail Internet Fraud, we have initiated the following clause to our money back guarantee: If Submission-Spider.com, at our sole discretion, decides that a customer is trying to take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee in any fraudulent or unethical way (with "any fraudulent or unethical way" to be defined, determined, and decided at our sole discretion), we reserve the right to cancel said guarantee.

Submission-Spider.com reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep updated on these changes.
