By downloading the Submission-Spider Software, user agrees:

harmless from and against any and all claims, demands,
liabilities, expenses, losses, damages attorney fees
arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel,
slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all
other claims resulting from downloading running or otherwise
using, in any way, this software.

time and it is the duty of each user to keep current of these changes
by checking back here often.
- To receive email updates when new versions are released or when Submission-Spider.com
has announcements pertaining to software users.
- To be bound by these terms and conditions and any future terms and conditions set forth here.
These are the terms and conditions set forth for all refunds of the Submission Spider software. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase. Customers must have a valid receipt and a valid Reference Number.
In an attempt to curtail Internet Fraud, we have initiated the following clause to our money back guarantee: If Submission-Spider.com, at our sole discretion, decides that a customer is trying to take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee in any fraudulent or unethical way (with "any fraudulent or unethical way" to be defined, determined, and decided at our sole discretion), we reserve the right to cancel said guarantee.
Submission-Spider.com reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep updated on these changes.
